For all of you who aren't aware of it...JC Penney changed their pricing structure and now offers their LOWEST Prices every 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Just look for their signage in blue when you visit the store! Remember peeps this happens only TWICE A MONTH. So take advantage of it!
